Return and Exchange Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're happy to help with returns or exchanges of new, unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact Us: Please reach out to us via hello@4-rose.com to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you.
Processing Your Return/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know what you would like in exchange. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned item in good condition.
Non-returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How long does it take to create a custom product?
The time it takes to create a custom product can vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Typically, custom products may take 7–14 business days to create. We will provide you with an estimated completion time when we confirm your order.

Can I send you my own design for embroidery?
Absolutely! If you have a specific design in mind for embroidery, feel free to send it to us. We accept custom artwork files via email at hello@4-rose.com. We recommend sending high-quality images or vector files for the best results. Our team will confirm whether we can accommodate your design and provide any necessary adjustments or guidelines.
